Christmas and New Year's Eve and The End

We had a very merry Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa Webb's house this year. It was perfect!

And we spent New Year's Eve at the Wilkinson's house with food, fun, and games. And lots of banging and horns at midnight. So long 2015! Can't wait to see what 2016 will bring!

On the off chance that anyone is actually looking at this blog, I am going to try something new for next year. My goal is to write something and add pictures each Sunday. But since the only reason I really keep this blog going is for the documentation to be added to a book, I think I will just write directly to the book. Hopefully it will shorten the process and I can stay on top of it better!

There's No Place Like Home

We started the process of building our new home in July. We are literally building RIGHT NEXT DOOR so we know every little thing that happens in the process. I think we are too close. We have built 2 other homes in the past, but this time has required much more patience! We are slowly getting there though and we can't wait until it is done and we can move in and it can be OUR HOME.

The hole for the basement was pretty impressive! They removed A LOT of dirt!

We are getting there sloooooowly but surely! Hopefully we will be finishing the end of January or early February - fingers crossed!

Long lost friends….

Oh it is always so much fun to spend time with the Dormans family! We are super lucky that Meridian is right between Washington and Rexburg and we have been a good stopping point for the past two Thanksgivings. We love these fun friends!!

These two got reacquainted very quickly - their mischievous smiles and the twinkles in their eyes say it all!

I love these girls! They are truly more like cousins than just friends and both disappeared as soon as Laura walked in the door. I just love watching them talk and laugh together.

We talked and talked and talked and then we went to WaHooz for bowling and video games.

I cannot believe how big our boys are. It was just yesterday that I remember them each getting baptized and having missing teeth. Now they are all tall with muscles. So weird. It was so much fun to see them all together.

The Dormans had to leave Sunday morning to get back to Washington. We were so sad to see them go!

We have had countless photos of our kids sitting on stairs. I think after they are all married we will have to reunite them and make them pose for us on the stairs. :) We look forward to the next time with this fun family!!

BSU

Tony and Jaxson went to a BSU game together. BSU lost but it was still a great time.

It was freezing but Jaxson wouldn't let them leave the game until it was over.

Rhythm and Beats

Jaxson's elective this semester was a class called "Rhythm and Beats". Since Jaxson is pretty good at piano and knows how to keep good rhythm it is a pretty easy and fun class for him. To his surprise, they had an end of semester performance for all the parents. It was pretty good and quite entertaining!

SNOW

There is nothing more magical or exciting than the first snow of the year! Carson couldn't wait to get out there to play in it and was so bummed that it had all melted before first recess!
