Kaisa celebrated turning 7 years old last week by having a party at the YMCA. She has been taking gymnastics there this past year so it worked out perfectly to have a party in the gymnastics room. I don't think we have enjoyed a birthday party quite as much as we did this one. Tony and I thought we would just sit back and watch the kids play, but it was way more fun to just jump in ourselves. Kaisa was able to pick the background music so we ran, jumped, and played to her favorite songs. Here are the highlights:
The foam cube pit: (It is pretty tough to remove yourself from it!)
The double rope swing: (We had a lot of superman/girl wannabe's)
The tramp, the streamers, the beams, and on and on:
We all had a blast (especially Kaisa) and this group of kids were so much fun!

That looked like a lot of fun! I wish that we could have been there.
