Temple Square and more!

A few days before Christmas, we drove to Salt Lake City and stayed with my brother Jeremy and his family.  We were so excited to see Jeremy and Lindsey's home, and to get to hang out with them and their cute little boy, Devin.  We had so much fun with them!  I wish I had taken some pictures of their chicken coop (aka condo) that Jeremy built which was pretty amazing.  Our kids loved playing with their chickens which seemed more like pets than farm animals (they are city chickens so they must not know better!)
We went to temple square together to see the lights and the nativities there.  It was beautiful and was so special to be able to be there and remember the true meaning of Christmas.

We also visited the amazing Citycreek Mall which I would like to spend some more time exploring.  It has a creek that runs down the center of the mall, a retractable ceiling and a fountain that synchronized with music that included fire.  Pretty impressive!

We had fun visiting Gardiner Village and trying to find all the elves.  Devin was not a big fan of the funny looking creatures!
