Our kids just couldn't stand the sweltering heat; they were unable to stop themselves from taking a dip in our backyard pond. Except that it was just low-80's....and that pond is pretty gross. It is OK for frogs but not so much for kids. They blamed it on Carson, since it was his idea and he was the first in but they all had lots of fun splashing around before I made them come in and take a bath.
