Our very favorite area of Universal Studios had to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter!! It was just so amazing and detailed and magical. It felt like we had literally been transported into the movies. We had watched all of the movies in preparation for this trip and it made it even more fun.
We really liked the Forbidden Journey ride and went on it several times. Although one morning we went on it back-to-back and we all felt a little sea sick for a while...
Kaisa wasn't sure she liked it at first!
But she came around! Or maybe she just felt safer with her dad…
We aren't sure how much Carson will remember!
The detailed buildings were just so cool! Here we are in London...
And this is in the very hidden Diagon Alley - we actually completely missed it our first day at the park!
On the top of the Gringott's Bank is a dragon that actually comes to life once in a while...
Kaisa is doing a little shopping in Hosmeade
We rode the Hogwarts Express to get from park to park and it was a fun ride in itself! We even got to go through the wall to get on at 9 3/4!

Even though it was very hot and humid in the 90's, Hogsmeade looks like it is the middle of winter.

In Escape from Gringott's we spent quite a lot of time in line unfortunately due to some technical difficulties. It gave us plenty of time to admire the lovely goblin bankers that interacted with us.
The head banker was not very happy with us…
Our family feast at the Three Broomsticks was pretty awesome too!
And we all became huge fans of the Butterbeer! We all especially like the frozen variety but both were very delicious and refreshing!! And expensive!
YUM!
