I cannot believe it is already November. It is amazing how quickly time flies by…. I am so thankful for so many things this month that is centered on gratitude. I am thankful most of all for my faith and my family. I am super duper thankful that I get to be a mom to these three amazing kids. They are so much fun and I love them with all my heart. They are such good friends to each other and watch out for each other. Kaisa got upset about something the other day and said she was going to go live at the park. Carson was heartbroken (even though I am pretty sure he was part of the reason she was upset in the first place) and cried and cried that he didn't want Kaisa to live in the park. They truly love each other and support each other. Kaisa cheers her brothers on each Saturday in what probably seems like never-ending basketball games and the boys in turn do just about anything she requests: from playing school to building her a "castle."
Lately at night we have been having different physical challenges after we read our scriptures. I don't remember how they started, but I'm betting it was Jaxson. We challenge each other to how many push-up or clapping push-ups we can do or how long we can hold a yoga pose or if we can double-up jump rope. We laugh a lot and I am thinking it won't be too many years before they can out-do me in every challenge!
They each seem to be growing up way too fast. I guess that is how it goes, but I still hate it. I wish I could freeze them exactly where they are right now. Although I am excited to see how they will continue to learn and grow and become. Just not too fast.
