Memorial Day

On Memorial Day, we decided to hike Table Rock, which is considered one of the best "city hikes" since it is so close to town.  There are tons of trails up and around Table Rock, so we chose an easy 4 mile loop.  Unfortunately, we took a wrong turn somewhere and we ended up trekking closer to 6 miles, but it was still lots of fun!  The kids were troopers and we were so proud of them for finishing and making it to the top.  I think Kaisa was pretty proud of herself too, because she had wanted to give up a couple of times along the way.  The view at the top was totally worth it!
We rewarded ourselves with Fancy Freeze milkshakes.  Yum!!
