Halloween Fun

We had a fun Halloween this year!  It was especially great because it was such a nice and warm Fall!  We didn't even have to wear a jacket when we went trick-or-treating!
Kaisa and Carson enjoyed picking out just the right pumpkin when we visited a pumpkin patch and corn maze in Rupert.  Kaisa picked an perfect pumpkin.

Carson just wanted a BIG pumpkin - as big as he could carry anyway!

We had fun taking pictures with Sam and Bailey as well as racing through the corn maze together.  Carson definitely preferred the racing part - not so much the picture part.  Can you tell?

We spent an evening cleaning and carving our pumpkins into Jack-O-Lanterns!  Kaisa still loves all that goo.

Up to our elbows in pumpkin goo!

It got so messy that the boys lost their shirts! :)

The finished product:  Kaisa's "BOO" jack-o-lantern that Tony helped her with using his drill (best idea ever!), Carson's cute jack-o-lantern that he drew himself, and Jaxson's puking jack-o-lantern because what else do you expect from a 12 year old boy?

We also had fun decorating a cute little Halloween village from Grandma Campbell.  And then Carson devoured said village - well, at least one house.

I helped out with Kaisa's class party. This was a great guessing game.

Kaisa as a very stylish little witch.

Carson as "Professor Buggy" and somewhat crazy bug scientist.

Jaxson bought a morph suit which covered his face too.  I guess he made a handsome faceless tuxedo guy?  He had fun trick-or-treating with friends.

Kaisa also went trick-or-treating around our neighborhood with a group of friends.  Carson and I joined the Gardiners and Wilkensons.  They all got way too much candy.

Kaisa and Kiali also got to wear the costumes to clogging class that week.  Kaisa is always happy for any excuse to dress up!
