Last season with the Bulldogs

This season was kinda bittersweet for the Bulldogs.  They ended up winning 3 games and losing 5, but since they only had 14 boys on the team they did really great.  There were many games that the boys played without a single break.  It was such a great group of boys and great coaches that even though we had quite a few losses, it was still totally worth it!  Jaxson played some great football, with lots of tackles and some yardage gains.

 His best play of the season was also his last!  He had an interception that he ran back for almost 40 yards before he was tackled.  But boy was he tackled!!  It took him right of his feet into the air and right onto his head/shoulder area.  The medics were worried about his neck so they ended up putting a c-collar on him and loading him into the ambulance.

Luckily it ended up being just a hairline fracture to the clavicle and a sprained shoulder.  But I'm pretty sure that ends Jaxson's football career.  Your priorities change quickly when there is an injury like this!
